A place of Harmony Balance and Health

This blog has grown from its base in Ayurveda into a more expansive view of health, wellbeing and spirituality. Mind, body and spirit are explored using Ayurveda, Yoga and Energetic Healing. I hope that you find my posts helpful on your journey.

If you are interested in Ayurveda and yoga or just want to know how to live a more harmonious life then you might find them useful, I certainly have. Some will be in most book shops in the hippy, new age, self help section or with the yoga books but others you will be harder to find. If there is a good spiritual book shop I would give it a go otherwise you will probably have to go to Amazon or some other online book store.
If you do read any or have already read some of them post a comment and let me know what you think. Still no comments just in case you hadn't noticed :(
Happy reading!
